Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or pre-ordering any digital content, as it outlines your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Digital Products Policy (E-books & PDF Downloads)

  • All our products (including the “West Bengal District Profile” e-book and related study materials) are intangible, digital goods delivered via electronic download or email/WhatsApp.
  • Due to the digital and instant nature of these products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered or the download link has been sent.
  • Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be physically returned, and therefore all completed sales of delivered digital products are final.

2. Pre-Order Cancellation

  • If you have placed a Pre-Order for an upcoming e-book or digital release, you are eligible to request a cancellation and full refund at any time before the official release date and file delivery.
  • Once the official release date arrives and the digital file/download link is dispatched to your registered email or WhatsApp, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

3. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors

  • Duplicate Charges: In the event that you are charged more than once for a single order due to a technical glitch, please contact us immediately with the transaction details and screenshots. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Corrupted or Inaccessible Files: If you encounter technical issues with the digital download (e.g., file corrupted, broken link, or unable to open), please contact our support team. We will re-send the valid file or link within 24 to 48 hours. If we fail to provide the promised material, a full refund will be initiated.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Approved refunds for duplicate payments or eligible pre-cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, Bank Account, Debit/Credit Card).
  • Refunds are usually initiated within 2 to 3 business days of approval and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
